Berglund Services is a one-owner home improvement business working across eight counties in North Texas. I’ve been at this for more than 15 years, I’m fully insured, and I’m happy to put you in touch with past customers.
01 · The short version
Your project, the way you pictured it
Most jobs start with a call or a text. I come by, look at what you’ve got and listen to what you want. Then I give you an honest price. Materials are billed at what I pay for them, never marked up.
I do decks, remodels, carpentry, fences, floors and a long list of smaller fixes. Big job or small, I’d rather do it right than do it fast, and you’ll know where things stand the whole way through.
02 · What you can expect
Careful work
I take my time on the details: square cuts, tight joints, clean caulk lines. It’s the stuff you end up looking at every day.
You’ll hear from me
I answer calls and texts. If something changes on the job, you hear about it from me before it turns into a surprise.
Honest pricing
Estimates are free, and I never mark up material costs. You pay for materials and labor, and that’s it.
Left as clean as I found it
I sweep up, haul off the scraps and leave your home and yard as clean as it was before I got there. Because you and your home matter.
